Daniela is a child and family therapist with over a decade of experience working with children and families. She uses a collaborative approach when working with families in order to foster positive changes in their lives.
Her specializations include working with parents, children, and teens who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, trauma and grief. She uses a variety of evidence-based approaches such as play therapy, art therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Riki's practice encompasses addressing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. One of Riki's key strengths is her emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients. Establishing trust and rapport is crucial for effective therapy.
Riki's ultimate goal is to equip her clients with the necessary tools to navigate life's challenges successfully. By combining evidence-based techniques and a client-centered approach, Riki aims to help her clients achieve their goals and improve their mental and emotional well-being.
Lianne
Registered Psychotherapist
Lianne is a Registered Psychotherapist and works with individuals of all
ages, focusing on children 7+, teens, and young adults. She has a passion for helping
these age groups with issues relating to low self-esteem, relationship challenges, school
difficulties, depression/anxiety, sexual identity exploration, stress, trauma, emotion
dysregulation, and perfectionism. She has a particular focus on supporting children and
adolescents with ADHD, offering effective coping strategies that foster confidence in
managing daily challenges. Lianne works to create a safe and non-judgemental space to
help clients feel comfortable to explore what is important. Her therapeutic approach is
holistic and integrative, using evidence-based therapies such as DBT, ACT, CBT,
strengths-based approach, and narrative therapy. Lianne will collaborate with you to
craft tailored goals that resonate with your values, guiding you towards a fulfilling and
meaningful life.
Angie
Registered Psychotherapist
Angie is a registered psychotherapist with over 9 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in both clinical and educational settings. Her extensive background includes working in hospital inpatient and outpatient programs, as well as mental health agencies. Angie is passionate about supporting individuals facing trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, learning disabilities, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviours, school difficulties, low self-esteem, and challenges in family and sibling relationships.
Angie is dedicated to helping individuals cultivate their resilience and strength in a compassionate, non-judgmental, and family-centered way. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, she integrates play, arts, and music into the therapeutic space. She employs evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Play Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Angie emphasizes creating a safe and secure environment for all family members to express themselves.
Angie provides sessions in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Shalheves is a Registered Social Worker dedicated to empowering children, adolescents, and adults to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, addiction, and school difficulties. Her approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, using a range of
modalities including CBT, IFS, play therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Shalheves works with individuals and families to identify the root causes of their struggles and
empowers them to develop healthy coping skills. She utilizes a holistic and strengths-based
approach, creating a safe space to help her clients explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and develop effective strategies for lasting change and growth.
Nikki
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Nikki Bianchi is a Registered Psychotherapist and MACP (Qualifying). Her practice is focused on nurturing the mental health and well-being of women and girls through the lifecycle. She has a special interest in authenticity, self-identity, and self-worth, and is passionate about empowering her clients to show up for themselves and as themselves in the world. Nikki believes in taking a compassionate, non-judgmental, and strength-based approach to healing, and uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
Sivan

Sivan enjoys working with different populations and age groups, especially with teenagers, adults and families. She offers different modalities of practice such as CBT, EFT, solution-focused work, mindfulness-based approaches and some DBT. She focuses a lot on the therapeutic alliance, building a strong rapport and overall trust with her clients in order to achieve the goal of creating a safe space. She is culturally informed, speaks fluent Russian and has a good understanding of Hebrew.

Yakov offers his clients a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment where they can gain greater insight into their core strengths and values to help them achieve their therapeutic goals. As someone with ADHD who grew up with a brother with Autism, Yakov can relate to the challenges faced by many clients. Through these experiences, he has become confident in helping his clients navigate tough times. As a therapist, his goal is to guide individuals through a solution-focused lens, introduce new perspectives, and challenge their thought patterns, all while understanding their emotional needs. Also a published children's book author, he applies storytelling as a unique way to engage and inspire young minds. As a devoted dad of two girls, his personal investment in creating a nurturing home environment fuels his professional passion for promoting positive mental health and family harmony. His role here is not just to guide you through the initial steps of your therapeutic journey, but also to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone involved.
